Invoicing Clerk

SUMMARY

Keeps track of the equipment and/or parts and manages orders to facilitate sales or productions. Duties can include signing off on shipments, counting the number of available products, and placing orders for more inventory according to demand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following.

• Ordering Inventory from vendors and suppliers and securing shipment arrivals
• Managing inventory stock and cataloging products.
• Preforming quality checks on inventory and discarding inventory when necessary
• Updating inventory counts and maintaining a record to share with management team
• Obtaining estimates and price details from vendors
• Researching the accuracy of product details
