Atkins Kroll is looking for an organized and analytical Logistics Supervisor to join our Product & Distribution team. In this role, you will oversee vehicle inventory operations, shipment coordination, and logistics reporting to ensure efficient vehicle distribution across Guam and Saipan. You'll lead daily logistics activities, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and informed business decisions.

What you'll do

  • Lead daily vehicle inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock creation and inventory management across multiple OEM brands
  • Coordinate incoming vehicle shipments, delivery schedules, port clearances, and logistics partners to ensure timely vehicle availability
  • Oversee inventory documentation, including stock sheets, window stickers, key tags, purchase orders, and shipment records
  • Manage CDK inventory updates and maintain accurate vehicle records across dealership systems
  • Conduct inventory audits, vehicle inspections, and reconciliations to ensure accountability and system accuracy
  • Monitor inventory levels, aging reports, retail sales trends, and vehicle movement to identify opportunities and potential risks
  • Review allocation results, production requests, and in-transit reports to support inventory planning and ordering decisions
  • Prepare inventory reports and operational summaries to support planning meetings and management decision-making
  • Coordinate vehicle arrivals with promotional campaigns and new model launches
  • Partner with Finance to verify vehicle billing, accessory installations, and cost reconciliation
  • Collaborate with Sales, Distribution, and other internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations and inventory availability
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency

 

About you

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • Three or more years of experience in automotive distribution, inventory management, supply chain operations, or logistics
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience or experience leading operational projects
  • Experience managing vehicle inventory, stock creation, or dealership operations preferred
  • Experience with CDK, ERP, or similar inventory management systems is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Valid Guam Driver's License required
