Our Toyota Service team is looking for a motivated Lube Technician Apprentice who is eager to start a career in automotive service. This is a great opportunity for someone early on their technician journey to gain hands-on experience performing preventative maintenance, learning dealership standards, and developing technical skills through training and mentorship.

What you’ll do
- Perform oil changes and routine maintenance to manufacturer standards
- Rotate tires and check tire pressures
- Inspect vehicles for leaks, wear, and potential concerns
- Top off fluids including brake, power steering, and windshield washer fluid
- Replace basic parts such as filters, batteries, and wiper blades
- Lubricate moving components and maintain engine cleanliness
- Create clear service reports for customers
- Coordinate with shop leaders when issues are identified
- Recommend additional services and explain long-term value to customers
- Operate tools and equipment safely
- Follow environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Attend departmental meetings and training sessions
- Report to work on time and as scheduled
About you
- Holds a High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age (GRAP Requirement)
- Has been a resident of Guam for at least 3 consecutive years (GRAP Requirement)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien (GRAP Requirement)
- Holds a Valid Guam Driver’s License
- Able to work 40 hrs. per week while attending required courses defined by program standards
- Maintains a satisfactory work performance
- Safety-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
