Our Facilities team is looking for a Maintenance Worker to support the upkeep, safety, and functionality of Atkins Kroll buildings and grounds, ensuring our workplaces meet dealership and safety standards.

What you’ll do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, custodial, and basic HVAC support.
• Inspect facilities and grounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and dealership standards are met.
• Maintain buildings, equipment, lighting, drainage, generators, and grounds through routine checks and repairs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to complete maintenance projects efficiently.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely while complying with HSE standards.
• Track work orders, inventory, and maintenance records to support smooth operations.

About you

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of building or facilities maintenance experience.
• Hands-on skills across one or more maintenance trades.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid Guam Driver’s License.
