SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and programs to achieve business goals and OEM commitments. This role will oversee initiatives that deliver consumer marketing and brand health objectives for a multi brand organization. In this role, you must be an effective communicator with strong leadership abilities. You must be a forward thinker and sound decision maker.

 

This role supports all business units and reports into Marketing & BMW Franchise Director.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

 

  1. Strategy Development: Create and execute marketing plans aimed at achieving business objectives; Perform market research as needed.
  2. Campaign Management: Designing, implementing, and evaluating marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with the overall strategy. Track lead generation and pivot initiatives if necessary.
  3. Fresh Thinker: Consistently bring fresh and novel ideas, perspectives, and innovative solutions to the marketing programs.
  4. Budget Management: Manage marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing ROI.
  5. Strong Leadership: Effectively lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  6. Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance through metrics and KPIs, using data to make informed adjustments and improvements.
  7. Brand Management (Multi Brand): Developing and maintaining the brand image of the company and all OEMs, ensuring CI guidelines are adhered to, and consistency in messaging and visuals across all platforms. Regularly assess brand awareness, perception, loyalty, and overall sentiments.
  8. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as sales, product development, service, and business development center to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  9. Market Trends: Staying ahead of industry trends and consumer behavior changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  10. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicating with stakeholders, including senior management, OEM partners, external partners, and customers to share success stories, gather insights, and gain feedback on initiatives and programs.

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications. MBA Degree preferred.
  • Experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans.
  • Experience in P&L management.
  • Experience in managing a team of at least three.
  • Minimum of 2 years in consumer marketing.
