SUMMARY
|
The Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes. This position will work closely with various departments to identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and implement changes that lead to greater efficiency and operational excellence. The Process Analyst will also assist in the development of reports, documentation, and process standards to ensure that operational goals are met effectively.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
|
- Process Evaluation and Analysis:
- Evaluate and analyze current manufacturing processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Work with production teams to understand workflows, challenges, and potential process enhancements.
- Develop process maps, flowcharts, and other visual aids to capture the existing processes.
- Process Improvement:
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Use Lean, Six Sigma, and other industry-standard methodologies to design and implement process optimization projects.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
- Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure that process improvements align with overall business goals.
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes, systems, and tools.
- Participate in production meetings to provide insights and recommendations for operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to production metrics, product quality, cycle times, and throughput.
- Develop and maintain process performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Present findings and improvement recommendations to management and other relevant teams.
- Documentation and Standardization:
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Continuous Monitoring and Improvement:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process effectiveness and identify trends.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
|
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience
- 2-3 years experience in process analysis, process improvement, or business analysis
