Atkins Kroll is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Sales team. In this role, you will help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience. You'll build lasting customer relationships, achieve sales goals, and represent some of the world's leading automotive brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What you'll do

  • Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing and leasing process by understanding their transportation needs and recommending the right vehicle
  • Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service before, during, and after the sale
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Greet customers in the showroom and on the sales lot, providing professional assistance throughout their visit
  • Respond promptly to phone and online inquiries while providing accurate product and dealership information
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, performance, technology, and available options to prospective customers
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives while following dealership procedures
  • Maintain expert knowledge of new and used vehicle inventory, promotions, financing options, and manufacturer programs
  • Complete sales documentation accurately and process transactions in accordance with dealership policies
  • Coordinate with the Finance & Insurance and Service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Deliver sold vehicles and educate customers on vehicle features, warranty coverage, and ownership benefits
  • Schedule customers' first service appointment and introduce them to the Service Department
  • Develop and maintain a strong prospecting and follow-up system to generate repeat and referral business

About you

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous automotive or retail sales experience preferred
  • Valid Guam Driver's License required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for customer service and relationship building
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet performance goals
  • Comfortable using computers and dealership technology systems
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
