Atkins Kroll is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Admin to join our Service team in Guam. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily service operations by providing administrative assistance, cashiering support, and exceptional customer service. You will be a key point of contact for customers while ensuring accurate documentation, payment processing, and efficient department operations.

What you’ll do

 

• Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone while providing outstanding customer service
• Assist customers with service-related inquiries, appointment coordination, and vehicle pickup notifications
• Process customer payments accurately and maintain proper financial and repair order records
• Prepare daily deposits and ensure all transactions are correctly documented and reconciled
• Maintain and organize service documents, repair orders, vendor invoices, and customer records
• Support Service Advisors and other team members with administrative tasks and department coordination
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and assist with additional projects to support service operations

 

About you

 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, cashiering, or customer service preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable handling cash, credit card transactions, and financial records
• Proficient with computers and standard office applications
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Valid Guam Driver’s License required
