Shuttle Porter Driver

Atkins Kroll is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver / Porter to join our Service team in Guam. In this role, you will support daily service operations by transporting customers safely, moving customer vehicles throughout the dealership, and ensuring a positive service experience from arrival to vehicle pickup.

What you'll do

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced
• Move, retrieve, and park customer vehicles while maintaining dealership standards and safety procedures
• Assist with vehicle check-in, service write-ups, vehicle tagging, and preparation for customer delivery
• Inspect vehicles before return to customers and report any concerns or damages to management
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and technicians to support efficient service operations and customer flow
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of shuttle vehicles, customer areas, and dealership grounds
• Assist with parts pickups, shop support activities, and other operational tasks as needed

About you

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Guam Driver's License required
• Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
