Atkins Kroll is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Source Force Parts Advisor to join our Parts team in Guam. In this role, you will support Body Shop and Collision operations through strategic aftermarket parts sourcing, vendor coordination, freight management, and purchasing activities that optimize cost, availability, and profitability.
What you’ll do
• Source aftermarket parts from approved suppliers while balancing cost, availability, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate vendor relationships, freight logistics, and shipment tracking to support efficient repair operations
• Create and manage purchase orders, returns, credits, and order reconciliations within dealership systems
• Monitor order status, backorders, and delivery performance to minimize repair delays
• Partner with Body Shop estimators and Parts teams to support repair timelines and supplement needs
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support gross profit and sourcing performance goals
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance sourcing efficiency and operational performance
About you
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Additional coursework in automotive, supply chain, or business is a plus
• Previous dealership parts, procurement, or automotive parts experience strongly preferred
• Experience with purchase orders, inventory management, and vendor coordination preferred
• Familiarity with dealership systems such as CDK and estimating platforms like Mitchell is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required if operating company vehicles for parts pickup or delivery
