Our Toyota Service team is looking for a skilled and motivated Technician I who is passionate about delivering quality repairs, great customer experiences, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment. In this role, you’ll diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards while continuing to grow your technical expertise through OEM training and hands-on experience.

What you’ll do
- Diagnose vehicle concerns and perform repairs efficiently and accurately
- Complete work according to dealership and factory standards
- Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to ensure timely repairs
- Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders
- Road test vehicles when required
- Participate in OEM training programs and technical updates
- Identify additional safety or service needs and communicate them promptly
- Supervise apprentice technicians when assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly
- Follow all environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Attend departmental meetings and report to work as scheduled
About you
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Automotive repair experience required
- Valid Guam Driver’s License
- ASE Certification preferred
- Safety-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
