Atkins Kroll is looking for a skilled and experienced Technician II to join our Service team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicle systems while delivering quality workmanship and supporting our commitment to exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for an experienced technician who can work independently while mentoring junior team members and contributing to a productive workshop environment.

What you'll do
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems and components in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
• Perform inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
• Document repair work accurately and communicate findings, recommendations, and repair status to Service Advisors
• Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain required parts and ensure timely completion of repairs
• Conduct vehicle road tests when necessary to verify repairs and diagnose concerns
• Support and mentor apprentice technicians while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Participate in technical training programs and stay current on manufacturer updates, service procedures, and safety requirements
About you
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3–5 years of automotive repair and diagnostic experience required
• Valid Guam Driver’s License required
• ASE Certification required
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills across a variety of vehicle systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous professional development
