Our team is looking for a Warehouse Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll support Parts distribution by receiving and stocking inventory, operating equipment, preparing deliveries, and maintaining an organized, safe warehouse. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy physical work with clear goals and daily impact—this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do

• Receive incoming parts and verify shipments using documentation or scanners
• Stock and organize parts while maintaining proper shelf locations
• Assist with posting orders to support technicians and wholesale customers
• Process reports for damaged or missing merchandise
• Perform cycle counts and support annual physical inventory
• Pull parts for front and back counters using pick tickets
• Prepare daily TRO reports and delivery schedules
• Pick up and deliver parts as needed, verifying invoices against purchase orders
• Maintain delivery logs and obtain recipient signatures
• Operate office equipment such as computers, labeling machines, and copiers
• File records and prepare documentation
• Keep the warehouse and parts department clean and professional
• Dispose of boxes and trash, sweep floors, and dust bins daily
• Follow all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures and wear required PPE
• Report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately

About you

• Valid Guam Driver’s License required
• Skilled in operating equipment and performing inspections
• Detail-oriented with the ability to spot imperfections up close
• Physically able to bend, stretch, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors and around moving vehicles, equipment, heat, and cleaning chemicals
• Safety-minded and able to follow established procedures and instructions
• A reliable team player who supports coworkers and contributes to a positive work environment
