Atkins Kroll is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our Parts team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly by receiving, organizing, and delivering automotive parts while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards.

What you’ll do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts against purchase orders and documentation
• Stock parts accurately and maintain organized bin and shelf locations
• Pick and prepare parts orders for technicians and customers
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Deliver parts to internal departments and external customers as needed
• Maintain delivery logs and obtain required signatures
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory
• Report damaged or missing items and help resolve discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment and office machines safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment

About you

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Guam Driver’s License required
• Skilled in operating equipment and performing inspections
• Forklift Certification is a plus
• Detail-oriented with the ability to spot imperfections up close
• Physically able to bend, stretch, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors and around moving vehicles, equipment, heat, and cleaning chemicals
• Safety-minded and able to follow established procedures and instructions
• A reliable team player who supports coworkers and contributes to a positive work environment
