Technician

We currently have opportunities for experienced, driven and trade qualified Automotive Reconditioning Technicians to join the team in Erskine Park. 

About the role

The role will see you perform:
 

• Quality workmanship in the reconditioning and preparation of pre-owned vehicles
• Diagnose and fix technical problems with the vehicle
• Liaise with the Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers are made aware of issues that are outside of the normal servicing requirements
• Correctly completing all work as per Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Inchcape Automotive Retail standards
• Road testing vehicles
• Ensure all vehicle servicing logbooks are accurately completed and signed off on
• As the expert you will develop and maintain effective customer and supplier relationships

We are looking for an expert Reconditioning Tech who:

• Has a current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate
• A current driver's licence
• Enjoys working in a busy service centre
• Is committed and passionate about their trade
• Has a good eye for detail
• Has the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Has excellent organisational skills
