Our Transformation department is currently looking for a talented Change Management Lead who will be vital in driving successful change initiatives within the organization. Reporting to the Transformation Director, this role will partner with project teams and leaders to develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that minimize the impact on team psychology while maximizing adoption and engagement. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, who can foster collaboration and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Change Management Strategy:

- Collaborate with leaders and project teams to assess the organizational impact of change initiatives.
- Develop and implement change management strategies tailored to specific projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in change management, incorporating them into strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Identify and analyse key stakeholders, understanding their needs, concerns, and expectations.
- Build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership, to secure commitment to change initiatives.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to foster support and minimize resistance.
- Communication Planning:
- Create clear and effective communication plans that keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Craft messages that highlight the benefits of change and proactively address potential concerns and resistance.
- Training and Development:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials and programs that address the skills needed for successful change adoption.
- Facilitate training workshops to equip employees with the knowledge and skills to adapt to new processes, systems, or technologies.
- Change Implementation:
- Develop detailed change implementation plans that coordinate activities, communications, and resources to maximize adoption.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives, gather feedback, and take corrective actions to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Resistance Management:
- Conduct impact assessments to diagnose potential risks and resistance factors associated with change.
- Develop strategies to manage and address resistance, providing coaching and support to teams and leaders facing change-related challenges.
- Metrics and Evaluation:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of change management practices.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain thorough documentation of change management strategies, plans, and outcomes.
- Provide updates and reports to leadership on the progress, challenges, and successes of change initiatives.
We'll make a match if you meet the following requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred but not required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in change management or a related role.
- Proven experience working on large-scale change initiatives, preferably in a complex organizational environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model).
- Strong project management skills, with experience using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop practical solutions.
- Organizational Skills:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Leadership and Coaching:
- Demonstrated ability to coach and support leaders and teams in navigating change-related challenges.
- Ability to lead by example and inspire others to embrace change and take ownership of the process.
