Our IT Support team is seeking an IT Support Specialist (Trainee) to join our team in Vantaa. In this position you will ensure the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of company IT systems by providing hands-on technical support, maintaining device security, and acting as a key link between local market and Global IT.
What you’ll do

Set up and provision computers and devices, ensuring secure data handling.

Maintain device security and apply updates, patches, and software management.

Monitor and remediate system, network, and application vulnerabilities.

Deliver on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting, and user guidance.

Manage network access, permissions, and basic security controls.

Keep accurate documentation, asset inventories, and software license records.

Collect user feedback, identify recurring issues, and support service improvement.

Support on-site infrastructure (networks, telephony, PBX, CCTV).
About you
To be successful in this role you will be:

A quick learner with strong troubleshooting skills.

Confident of ITSM platforms, cloud services, and network systems.

Knowledgeable of Windows OS and software installation/configuration.

Familiar with data security and patch management.
-
Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures.
-
Relevant IT security or technical support certifications are a plus.

Previous experience in technical support or systems administration is desirable.

Effective communicator in Finnish and English.
