Our Northern Europe People Team is seeking an Employee Experience (Internal Communication) Expert in Vilnius to shape and deliver a consistent, engaging, and inclusive employee experience across our Northern Europe cluster.

In this role, you will lead internal communication, employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs and internal events, working closely with People teams and business leaders across multiple markets. You will play a key role in strengthening culture, driving inclusion and diversity, and enhancing employee engagement across the region.

WHAT YOU‘LL DO:

  • Develop and execute a Northern Europe internal communication plan aligned with global frameworks
  • Create clear and engaging messaging across multiple internal channels
  • Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning support
  • Coordinate inclusion & diversity and wellbeing initiatives in partnership with global and regional teams
  • Plan and deliver internal events such as townhalls, leadership meetings, and cultural celebrations
  • Collaborate with People teams and leaders to ensure consistent employee experience standards across markets

ABOUT YOU:

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Experience in internal communication, employee engagement, HR, or a related field (preferably in a multinational environment)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Proven experience delivering engagement initiatives, campaigns, and events
  • Understanding of inclusion & diversity, wellbeing, and culture-building practices
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Fluency in English; additional Northern European languages are an advantage
