Our FP&A team is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Vilnius. In this position you will be responsible for monitoring business performance and financial results, delivering analysis and forecasts, and driving efficiency, cost optimization, and data-driven decision support through timely reporting and stakeholder collaboration.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Monitor business performance through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and reporting
- Evaluate monthly financial results, interpretation of variances and KPIs
- Identify efficiency gains and optimization of the operational activities
- Participate in month closing and reporting activities
- Support business in preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Liaise with stakeholders to provide forward-looking insights on revenue drivers, profitability analysis, cost reduction opportunities
- Be involved in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) reporting and ensure partner requirements are met
- Be involved in local and Group initiatives
- Support business digitization and work optimization
- Optimize working capital to meet business objectives and maximize free cash flow
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have to:
- Have bachelor’s degree in finance
- Have 2+ years’ experience in Finance function
- Exhibit strong quantitative and analytical competencies
- Enjoy change and has an appetite to drive performance via standard processes, SLAs and enabling technologies
- Demonstrate business and commercial acumen
- Be fluent in English and Lithuanian
- Be skilled in storytelling translating numbers into compelling business narratives
- Develop strong working relationships with internal customers and stakeholders
- Take full ownership and accountability of end-to-end process, and any issues through to resolution
- Find simple solutions for complex problems and work effectively to resolve issues and drive win-win outcomes
- Be eager to learn fast
It will be a great advantage if you:
- Have accounting knowledge
- Have experience working in Big4 companies
- Have experience in the automotive sector
