HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT COORDINATOR (DARBUOTOJŲ SAUGOS IR SVEIKATOS KOORDINATORIUS (-Ė)) 

 

GET READY TO 

Join a global leader and make an impact in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)! As an HSE Business Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of fostering a culture of safety, wellbeing, and environmental responsibility across our operations. You will: 

  • Partner with site managers and teams to embed HSE best practices 

  • Support the implementation of a Global HSE Management System 

  • Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement 

  • Contribute to risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulations 

  • Deliver HSE training programs and support leadership in driving change 

 

WE EXPECT YOU TO 

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in HSE or a related role 

  • Be a strong communicator who can influence and engage stakeholders 

  • Have a solid understanding of HSE systems, audits, and incident investigation 

  • Possess a relevant qualification in OHS or Environmental Management 

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of analyzing HSE data 

  • Hold a valid driver’s license and be open to travel within the country 

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English language

REMUNERATION 

2600-3000 €/month gross
