IT PROJECT MANAGER (FREELANCER)
GET READY TO
- Deliver projects such as SAP FICO, SAP VMS, Dealer Portal, and Incadea DMS, as well as future projects for other back-office Finance and HR systems. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, required resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and allocate resources effectively. Oversee migration activities, pre-launch preparations, testing, training requirements, and ensure seamless post-implementation support and transition to BAU operations.
- Track project progress through regular meetings and calls, capturing all actions, risks, and issues while maintaining a clear backlog of activities.
- Ensure the project team receives accurate and timely updates on business objectives, performance metrics, deliverables, milestones, and processes. Keep all project documentation current and accessible.
- Manage project stakeholders by defining and delivering timely communications and ensuring alignment across all parties.
- Collaborate with Global Platform Delivery Teams, partners, and experts to monitor deadlines, address issues, and resolve challenges during the development, delivery, and rollout phases.
- Control changes to project scope, ensuring adherence to the project governance framework and delivery methodology, including cost and budgetary considerations.
WE EXPECT YOU TO
- Be Prince2 or PMP certified.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience, preferably within a global organization and in managing enterprise-level projects. Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment is essential.
- Possess strong Project Management expertise in ERP and Back Office solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Reporting, and Governance.
- Have a solid knowledge of SAP solutions and experience delivering DMS solutions. Familiarity with core back-office Finance and HR systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Coupa, BlackLine, and SAP BPC, is highly desirable.
