IT SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER

GET READY TO

• Be the primary local IT contact for business and a key escalation point for all IT-related issues for the market.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and other performance metrics and ITSM processes (for external and internal providers).
• Work closely with Businesses to make sure their needs are addressed properly.
• Own the relationship with IT suppliers (Internal and External).
• Actively Participate in Compliance (MCF, GDPR, IT Security) activities and projects covering IT part.
• Be responsible for MCF & GDPR (IT part) implementation and following at the country level.
• Be responsible for IT audit.
• Work closely with the regional/global infrastructure and security groups, which are responsible for the IT security framework at the regional level (patching, vulnerability scan and actions, IT security controls, etc.).
• Work closely with the regional IT Security Manager, who will help with the IT services framework, implementation of NIST/ITGC/MCF controls, etc.
• Own the local IT budget related to Service Delivery (Opex and Capex). Be responsible for the IT budgeting process and control spending against planned figures.

WE EXPECT YOU TO

• Have 5–10 years of experience in service delivery or operations management.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of managing service delivery in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all management levels.
• Show a proven track record of managing IT suppliers.
• Have experience in managing ERP systems.
• Take responsibility for IT security.
• Be self-driven, with the ability to identify and drive your own objectives and initiatives with minimal guidance.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks (a plus).
• Be naturally calm and approachable.
• Be a reliable team player.

REMUNERATION

5000-5500 €/month gross
