JOB DESCRIPTION:
Execute the accounting and reporting processes in compliance with the globally established policies and standard procedures, coordination with information providers to achieve the agreed quality and times; as well as the analysis of the FFS to assess their reasonableness in collaboration with In-Market financial leaderships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record journal entries and maintain necessary GL adjustments for the assigned markets in line with the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve the reconciling items promptly
- Perform analysis of balance sheet accounts ensuring accounts are accurate, any suspicious transaction must be investigated and raised accordingly
- Execute period end accounting activities following procedures and guidelines, ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance with financial regulations, guarantee period is closed according to the timetable
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as per agreed timeline to allow markets review and analysis
- Ensure Group reporting package prepared in line with group policies within agreed timelines
- Prepare management reports
- Participation in preparation of financial statements based on policy, procedures or audit requirements providing quality and accurate information to the markets/customers
- Prepare required data for internal and external Audits and interacting with auditors providing support and evidence
- Resolve client queries and root cause analysis, orienting and resolving any dispute or problem related.
- Escalate issues following escalation process
- Fulfil the goals, objectives and KPI´s for the accounting processes
- Process tasks within SLA agreed with markets
- Participate in Month end closing activities and assure the deadlines
- Participate in Internal controls preparation and mitigation the risks
- Monitoring interface issues between the systems and assure the resolution
- Actively participate in the new projects, system implementations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and general accounting principles
- +2 years of general experience.
- +1 years of experience in accounting processes.
- +1 years of experience in reporting processes.
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (A2) is required.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Mandatory Working experience with ERPs, Reporting and Reconciliation systems (preferably SAP / Blackline)
- Experience in Shared Services, fast-moving consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, experience in the Automotive sector is valued and experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment.

REMUNERATION
2200-3300 €/month gross (final offer depends on candidate's competencies)
