Together with your team, you will lead our Try & Buy Business which covers management of company car fleet, rental cars, test, and press vehicles.

You will end up in a particularly broad role that requires both operational and strategic skills.

Our role

• You develop and execute the annual Try & Buy business plan in close relation with the Operations Support Director.
• On a daily basis, you follow up all needed operations are taken care of.
• You assure continued successful Try & Buy Business through effective management, retention, selection, training, development, and motivation of your team.
• You will drive process efficiency and you will seek for new opportunities in your business
• You are in close contact with your Inchcape Belgium colleagues and with external service providers (e.g. fuel cards, charging passes).
• You collaborate extensively with other departments like Fleet, Public Relations, and Used Cars.

Your profile

• You have an operational or logistics background and knowledge of the automotive leasing business is a plus
• You have the ability to draft a solid business plan and to reach your set targets
• You have people management experience with proven track record of bringing your team to the next level by motivating and coaching your team
• You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written in Dutch, are professionally fluent in English et tu parles bien Français.
• Being an automotive passionate is a must
