The Back Office Portfolio aims to deliver critical solutions such as SAP (FICO & VMS), Incadea DMS, SAP Success Factors, and Coupa, amongst several other back office (finance) related solutions all aimed at ensuring we have standard solutions in place that offer robust business controls and related efficiencies across the region.
The role will be responsible for capturing information to help define Back Office solutions for business problems and opportunities, this will happen through in-depth stakeholder engagement, investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information.
Once business opportunities or challenges are clearly understood the role is responsible for the documentation and sign-off / approval of detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
The role will ensure any solutions delivered meet the defined business requirements through working with the regional solutions and Global Platform Delivery Teams and being involved in solutions delivery quality gate reviews.
The role will also bridge the gap between IT and the Back Office business stakeholders, ensuring requirements captured are testable, traceable and aligned with business goals.
The EU Back Office Business Analysts are expected to become technology product and business process subject matter experts for their related fields of expertise, supporting and advising the business accordingly on any changes that would affect the solution or related business processes in that area.
The role will be part of the EU&A IT Solution Delivery Team, working closely with Portfolio, Project Management and PMO roles as well as the Global / EU DE Programme stakeholders, supporting alignment with both the Global Inchcape Accelerate strategy and related business requirements.
Inchcape also has a strong global delivery methodology through core Global Platforms and global Digital Delivery Centres (based in Asia and LatAm). A key part of this role will be working closely and collaboratively with this delivery capability.
The role requires a pro-active mindset, the ability to work in some levels of ambiguity and must be able to work successfully in the wider regional and global Digital/IT organisation.
