Our Digital Agency is seeking a Web Business Specialist to join our team in Colombia. In this position you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and pre-and post-launch follow-up of projects related to the collection, analysis, and application of digital data. Your role will be pivotal in translating business needs into technical and functional requirements, ensuring that solutions are relevant and feasible. Serving as a key interlocutor with various teams, you will bring a numerical perspective to projects, fostering alignment and growth in areas such as SEO, Content, UX, and Direct Marketing.

What you’ll do

• Analyse metrics reports in Google Analytics, influencing decisions based on the numbers.
• Google Analytics, Google GA4, Google Tag Manager setup, create reports and management.
• Pre-and post-launch follow-up of projects, including growth perspectives for CMS Development.
• Coordination of requirements from Business Units (BUs) and internal teams.
• Research trends in digital metrics analysis to support and enhance various digital initiatives.

About you

• High knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• High knowledge of Google Analytics Universal
• Medium knowledge of Excel.
• Basic familiarity with PowerBI, mainly in a supportive capacity.
• Knowledge of G. Ads, Facebook Ads.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
• Conversational English, with good communication skills to collaborate with various internal teams.
