Role


The Aftersales Business Manager is responsible for preparing, implementing and managing programs and tools supporting the development of sales and its profitability for spare parts and accessories, building satisfaction and loyalty of service clients, developing sales channels and managing marketing communication in the aftersales area.


Responsibilities


•    Planning and implementation of B2B and B2C sales strategies and ensuring sales growth in both channels
•    analysis of sales and profitability of spare parts and accessories
•    pricing strategy
•    building and maintaining relationships with key business partners
•    acquiring new customers and developing positive relationships with them
•    development and management of the package of aftersales programs for customers
•    implementation and development of IT tools supporting the management of sales processes
•    planning and implementation of marketing communication
•    ongoing co-operation with other company’s departments to support sales, financial and marketing tasks


Qualifications


•    higher education
•    several years of experience in an automotive distributor in the aftersales department in the area of parts and accessories sales and customer service
•    project management skills
•    good knowledge of the SAP system and IT systems used in the automotive business
•    very good knowledge of English
•    very good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and Power Point)
•    excellent communication skills and the ability to co-operate with other people
•    orientation on achieving goals
•    multitasking
