      yOUR rOLE :

The Processes and Systems Coordinator serves as the primary support function for the maintenance and development of online systems, as well as digital transformation projects within the Client Experience area.

This role focuses on improving existing solutions and implementing new technologies, including artificial intelligence, digital tools, and CRM systems, both at the importer level and across the dealer network.

The main objective is to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of Salesforce and DXP project
  • Gathering business requirements and system development
  • Support of CRM campaigns and ensuring data quality
  • Identification and escalation of system issues, with improvement proposals
  • UAT and localisation/translations
  • Cascading communication from regional and global organisations to the business
  • User training and driving system adoption
  • Support in maintaining and evolving customer experience quality processes
  • Process automation and deployment of digital solutions
  • Monitoring trends (CRM, AI, digital) and recommending innovations

      Who are we looking for?

      Apply if you have:

  • Solid understanding of digital tools, Salesforce system, AI, and digital marketing, with project management knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing experience through digital innovation
  • Proactive approach to staying current with digital trends and technologies
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital systems (automotive or similar industry preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications are an advantage
