Join Our Team as a Logistics Specialist!

We are looking for a dedicated individual to support our logistics department with key processes related to import coordination and data management. If you have experience in logistics, excellent organizational skills, and enjoy collaborating with business partners – this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of vehicle imports

• Collaboration with service providers (transport companies, vehicle handling)

• Managing transport damage claims arising from factory and domestic distribution

• Handling CoC / Homologation certificates

• Verification of vehicle purchase prices and entering data into the SAP system

• Preparing vehicle specifications for offers

• Entering data into the sales system

• Preparing reports and summaries for the logistics and sales departments

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position in the logistics field

• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems – an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Teamwork and communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Communicative level of English
