What'll do:
- Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Work closely with People Business Partners, Finance teams, and external payroll vendors
- Provide data-driven insights to People and Finance for budgeting and forecasting
- Monitor KPIs related to pay-for-performance and compensation trends
- Conduct benchmarking using methodologies such as Mercer or Korn Ferry to ensure market competitiveness
- Track and report HR-related data including staff costs such as salaries, benefits, bonuses, and other compensation elements, prepare dashboards and optimize reporting processes
- Develope and optimize payroll and HR controlling processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll system data
- Implement and calculate statutory bonuses, commissions, and other variable compensation schemes
- Support HR system implementations and integration projects as required
About you
- Thorough experience in the role of Payroll Analyst
- This role combines technical payroll expertise with analytical skills to optimize reward strategies and maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Experience with BI and payroll analytics tools
- Analytical approach, ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to apply best practices and optimize payroll operations
