The Graduate Programme is designed to provide hands-on experience across all key areas of the automotive distribution business. Its aim is to give participants a well-rounded understanding of the industry by working across different functions and gaining practical insight into how the business operates end to end. 

The programme runs for 18 months, during which participants rotate across core business departments, building diverse experience and developing a strong foundation for their future careers. 

You’ll join a supportive team where your growth, wellbeing and safety come first. Throughout the programme, you will work alongside experienced professionals, learn from industry experts, and gain the skills needed to thrive in a fast-evolving, increasingly sustainable automotive sector.

What You’ll Do: 

• Gain hands-on experience across different areas of the automotive distribution business, working with modern tools, systems, and processes in a safe and effective way.  

• Rotate between key departments, supporting day-to-day operations 

• Deliver individual mini projects 

• Learn from experienced mentors and collaborate with diverse teams across the organization.  

• Contribute to initiatives focused on innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.  

• Be part of a collaborative environment that values learning, safety, and professional growth. 

About you: 

• Recent graduates or final-year students with a relevant degree  

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset  

• Fluency in Polish (mandatory) and a good command of English (B2 level or higher)  

• A valid driver’s license  

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)  

• A team player who enjoys building relationships, contributing, and learning from others  

• A proactive and well-organized individual, ready to take on new challenges  

• A motivated self-starter with a passion for delivering high-quality work and making a positive impact
