Purpose of rolE:

To lead and oversee the successful delivery of digital projects within Inchcape JLR Poland by managing cross-functional virtual teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maintaining project governance. The role ensures timely, budget-compliant, and quality-driven execution of initiatives through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, proactive risk and scope management, and continuous improvement of project management practices. It also supports change management, ensures regulatory compliance, and serves as a key escalation point to remove barriers and drive strategic digital transformation across the organization.

Job role and responsibilities:

•    Supervision of Digital project management in Inchcape JLR Poland
•    Leading virtual cross-functional project team 
•    Supporting project teams in project definition and approval process
•    Project co-responsibility (together with business owner) for project delivery in line with the charter, on time and    on budget 
•    Supervision of project governance process 
•    Coordination of project deliverables with internal (e.g. DDC, regional IT, JLR) and external (e.g. local IT vendors) partners and stakeholders
•    Improving project management processes and skills
•    Risk identification and management as well as project scope management 
•    Project progress monitoring and status reporting
•    Leading negotiations with external project suppliers
•    Serving as escalation point of contact. Escalation management
•    Removing barriers in project delivery

•    Project coordination on the Inchcape JLR Poland board level
•    Cooperation with the region in Group projects
•    Supporting change management process
•    Ensuring proper project documentation
•    Ensuring compliance with Inchcape policies, laws and regulations, in particular GDPR
