Sales Planning & Logistics Specialist

Key position in the Sales Department, Logistics Team. In the logistics process, a person in this position is responsible for ordering specific cars from the Manufacturer's portfolio and selling them to assigned dealers. Issuing CN for variable margin and sales programs. Daily contacts with dealers regarding ordering cars, car configuration, and availability of cars on the stock. Creating price list matrices for portfolio models in the SAP system

Job role and responsibilities:

• Invoicing of the dealer network for new cars

• Issuing corrections related to the sales process

• Ordering cars in OEM production system

• Uploading and creating price list matrices in SAP for assigned models

• SDS system support

• Daily cooperation with the dealer network in ordering and selling cars

• Participating in IT projects regarding systems supporting the sale and ordering of cars

SKILLS & EXPEREINCE:

 fluency in Polish and English, good knowledge of excel, literacy in SAP
