As Service Supervisor, you will be pivotal in coordinating and planning repair and maintenance work within our workshop.

You will drive customer satisfaction and actively contribute to the growth of our company.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and planning work in the workshop, including administrative follow-up and invoicing of work orders.
• Maintain good customer relations and strive for optimal customer satisfaction, together with the Service Advisor.
• Manage warranty requests, from submission to follow-up and invoicing.
• Apply prescribed processes and working methods for harmonisation, efficiency and audit-proof operations.
• Contribute to the growth of the company and play a key role in ensuring excellent service.
• Conduct monthly evaluations for team members.
• Supervising warehouse management and ensuring optimal stock management.
• Perform health and safety checks in the workplace and site as designated Health and Safety Champion.

Your Profile:

• Broad technical knowledge with attention to quality.
• Customer-oriented and stress-resistant.
• Maintain an overview, dare to take responsibility and be inventive.
• Excellent communication skills to satisfy customers.
• Experience in managing teams.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry in a similar role.
• Hands-on mentality, proactive and flexible to support colleagues when needed.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
