Our Operations Support department is looking for an Accessories & Parts Business Coordinator to join our team in Zaventem. In this role, you will manage and develop part of the non-genuine Accessories & Parts business for Toyota and Lexus Belux, combining day-to-day operational ownership with a strong commercial focus on identifying growth opportunities and improving business performance. 

What you’ll do

• Manage your assigned Accessories & Parts portfolio and build strong day-to-day relationships with suppliers, the dealer network and internal stakeholders.
• Identify new suppliers, products and market opportunities, and turn these into concrete proposals for portfolio and business growth.
• Develop and follow up commercial initiatives and action plans, with a focus on revenue, margin and penetration.
• Monitor business performance using KPIs, BI tools and Excel analyses, identify opportunities for improvement and evaluate the impact of actions taken.
• Keep product information, price lists and catalogues accurate and up to date.
• Manage dealer communications through T-Link and other channels, answering questions and coordinating follow-up where needed.
• Coordinate activities related to aftersales programmes and digital platforms, including online service booking, the tyre portal and roadside assistance.
• Manage the administration related to direct deliveries, supplier invoices and purchase orders.
• Prepare sales and portfolio reports and maintain the data needed for effective commercial follow-up.
• Organise relevant technical training and coordinate the related communication and materials.
• Execute and track agreed Accessories, Services & Parts and Trade Business activities, ensuring effective follow-up with suppliers, dealers and internal teams. 

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in economics, commerce, automotive or a related field.
• Bringing at least three years of experience in automotive aftermarket, parts, accessories or a comparable commercial environment.
• Commercially minded and results-oriented, with an ability to spot business opportunities and turn them into practical actions.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable taking ownership and responsibility.
• Strong at building relationships with suppliers, dealers and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical and confident working with KPIs and business performance data.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using BI tools, dashboards and reporting.
• Well organised, solution-oriented and able to perform effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• A collaborative team player with the ambition to learn, grow and take on broader responsibilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with professional working proficiency in English.

Experience in supplier management, product management or business development would be a strong advantage.
