Are you ready to drive communication campaigns that conquer markets and leave a lasting impression? As a Conquest Campaign Manager, your role is pivotal in planning, executing, and managing communication campaigns aimed at both B2C and B2B audiences. These campaigns play a critical role in boosting brand awareness and driving conversions.

 

Your mission is to ensure:

  • Consistent brand values and look & feel across all communication materials.
  • Message consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining a coherent narrative over time.

 

Collaborating closely with external communication and creative agencies, you will lead the charge in briefing, overseeing, and delivering high-quality campaigns within budget and deadlines.

 

Job Role & Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with the Media Manager to define campaign objectives and calculate ROI.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign briefs for external agencies, ensuring clear context and objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders for Toyota Belgium conquest campaigns and initiatives, meeting budget, timing, and quality standards.
  • Oversee creative work, from concept to production.
  • Ensure a unified message and consistent brand story across all touchpoints.
  • Foster strong relationships with Toyota Motor Europe/Inchcape for international campaign objectives.
  • Evaluate and build long-term partnerships with agencies to optimize efficiency.
  • Stay vigilant on competitor communications.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for our creative agency.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Master's degree in marketing or communication or equivalent experience.
  • 8-15 years of campaign management experience for mid-sized or big brands, whether on the advertiser or agency side.
  • Proficient in project management, with a strong grasp of project management tools and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in French, Dutch, and English (written and verbal).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Belgian and Luxembourg media landscape, including social and digital media.
  • Ability to influence and adapt your style to various situations.
  • Strong facilitation skills, encouraging collaboration and contributions.
  • Effective negotiation skills with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Adept at budget management.
  • Meticulous about deadlines and details.
  • Curious and always staying up to date with societal and marketing communication trends.
