Credit collection Associate

Our Finance department is looking for a Credit collection Associate to support the follow up of customer payments and ensure smooth communication with our clients and dealer network.

What you will do

• Review outstanding invoices and follow up on customer payments.
• Contact customers and dealers mainly via email, with occasional phone calls.
• Match incoming payments to open invoices and keep records up to date.
• Handle administrative tasks related to credit collection.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify information.
• Perform data input and checks in Excel.
• Conduct searches and updates in SAP and Incadea (training provided).
• Support general administrative tasks within the finance department.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Ability to work accurately with financial and administrative data.
• Excel skills for data input, checks, and basic analysis.
• Capacity to learn and work with systems such as SAP and Incadea.
• Effective communication skills in French or Dutch, with working knowledge of English.
• Organisational skills to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks.
• Confidence in contacting customers and dealers in a professional manner.
• Problem solving mindset to identify issues and follow up until resolved.
