Customer Advisor - Car Insurance

Are you an administrative jack-of-all trades? Or you want to become one?

Within a current team of 5 insurance experts, we are looking for a bilingual (Dutch/French) Customer Advisor to support both our dealers and private customers related to Toyota & Lexus insurance products on a commercial and administrative level.

What your day would look like:

• Answer all questions related to insurance products through various channels (e-mail, phone, etc…)
• Draw up quotations in cooperation with the dealers
• Prepare and follow up your files in an accurate and speedy manner in collaboration with the insurance partner(s)

What we are looking for:

• Relevant experience is not a must, but your eagerness to learn about insurance is. You will not only receive the necessary training but you will also learn a lot from your experienced colleagues.
• A degree in an administrative field, e.g. Bachelor Insurance, Legal Practice, Office Management, ... is an asset.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• Following traits are part of your DNA:

• Great communicator who can inform, convince and reassure customers and dealers in any given situation
• Bilingual in Dutch and French and have a knowledge of English.
