Our Logistics team is seeking a Parts Logistics Employee in Zaventem. In this position, you’ll be at the operational heart of our parts flow, ensuring that spare parts are delivered efficiently and accurately to our dealer network and internal stakeholders. You’ll work closely with warehouses, transport partners, and dealers, making sure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the first point of contact for dealers, handling questions about parts availability, deliveries, transport, warranty, and invoicing.
- Log and follow up on requests in the ticketing system, coordinating with warehouses, transport partners, and finance to resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
- Monitor stock levels in external warehouses, manage replenishments, and oversee the flow of parts between warehouses and CarCenter.
- Validate and approve warehousing and transport invoices, ensuring timely and accurate SAP updates for stock movements and catalogue maintenance.
- Track and report on key logistics KPIs such as delivery performance, backorders, and dealer ordering patterns.
- Draft and publish clear communications to dealers and colleagues, while identifying bottlenecks and proposing process improvements.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will be:
- Accurate and hands-on, with an analytical and structured approach to tracking performance and identifying root causes.
- Comfortable working with SAP (stock, invoicing, parts modules) and confident in Excel and reporting tools.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good working knowledge of English to operate confidently in a multilingual setting.
- Logistics experience or a bachelor’s degree in logistics, administration, or supply chain management is a strong asset.
- Customer-focused, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
