Are you an experienced, digitally savvy and commercial marketeer with a passion for digital? As a digital marketeer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, analysing, and optimizing conjointly with the head of marketing, the digital marketing activities to achieve pipeline goals.

You efficiently use online advertising and inbound tactics to make sure our content gets noticed by our target audiences. This role requires proactivity and responsibility to drive results. You’ll work closely together with our marketing and sales teams to coordinate, execute & analyse the different campaigns and activities.
Success will be determined through a variety of qualitative and quantitative KPIs. It will be built on a good understanding of the business goals and translating those goals into digital marketing strategies for the target markets, and in close collaboration with the marketing team.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities 

•    Design tactical plan for lead generation campaigns in line with growth objectives;
•    Manage lead generation campaigns from A to Z (managing the budget, briefing content agency, monitoring and optimising adwords/SEO);
•    Create and execute marketing campaigns on social networks in collaboration with agency;
•    Deliver detailed campaign reports using the usual analytical tools (GA4, Meta business suite….) 
•    You will optimise conversion funnels (management of key conversion points, A/B testing, performance measurement, etc.).
•    Update website content via CMS
•    Optimise website to improve website experience and conversion


Experience & Qualifications:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated marketer with:
•    Experience in setting up and managing online ad campaigns 
•    Experience with web content management, web analytics and related tools, social media management and monitoring tools, etc. (Meta business suite, Google Analytics…)
•    Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with a proven ability to turn data into insightful reporting
•    At least 3 years experience in a digital marketing role, and wants to get skills to the next level
•    A hands-on mentality and is not afraid of rolling up sleeves and getting things done
•    Comfortable working in a start-up mindset where everything is possible 
•    Languages: Native French or Dutch - good level of the other and English 
•    Experience working within the automotive industry is a plus
