The Direct Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing loyalty campaigns and initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. The role involves managing direct and personalised campaigns across channels (email, postal letter, call centre), meeting brand, customer and commercial KPI's.

 

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Define campaign objectives and calculate ROI.
  • Develop customer journeys to meet conversion and customer experience.
  • Craft comprehensive campaign briefs based on customer needs and behaviours, to brief stakeholders and agencies.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to implement campaigns and loyalty initiatives within budget and timelines.
  • Report on international campaign objectives and strategies when needed.
  • Evaluate and build long-term partnerships with agencies.
  • Monitor and assess competitor loyalty communications.
  • Manage the campaign calendar and collaborate with the team to identify business and customer opportunities.
  • Report on campaign results and opportunities for improvement, align with IT and data analyst to determine target groups, coordinate campaign integration and preparing reports.  


Your Profile:

  • Master's degree in marketing or communication, or equivalent with experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of campaign management experience for mid-sized or large brands, at an advertiser or agency.
  • Strong project management and budget management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably in multiple languages.
  • Creative mindset and proficiency in managing external suppliers.
  • Knowledge of direct marketing and experience managing multiple channels, including familiarity with Marketing Cloud tools.
  • Familiarity with the media landscape, including social and digital media.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
  • Deadline-oriented with keen attention to detail.
  • Curious and adaptable, staying current with marketing communication trends.
  • Proficient in change management.
  • Focus on understanding business and revenue drivers.
