We are looking for a experienced Fleet Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in integrating BYD vehicles into corporate fleets. If you have a passion for innovation and a drive for excellence, this is your chance to make a significant impact.
Your role
As our Fleet Business Development Manager, you will:
- Drive New Business: Identify and target companies with fleets of 50+ vehicles. Develop strategies to engage and secure new customers through various channels.
- Showcase Excellence: Present BYD's innovative vehicles, highlighting their quality and fleet advantages. Utilize your expertise in car taxation and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) to demonstrate value.
- Build Relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, encouraging them to expand their BYD fleet.
- Collaborate and Report: Work closely with BYD concessions, providing valuable feedback, and report directly to the Head of Fleet.
Your experience
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Several years in the automotive or leasing industry is essential. Fleet or B2B sales experience is a plus.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of car taxation and TCO.
- Skills: Proactive, results-oriented, with excellent social and communication skills. French as a first language, with strong Dutch and English proficiency. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Mindset: Independent, opportunity-seeker, solution-focused.
