As an HR Business Partner you are - within a division - the point of contact for both our managers and employees with regard to personnel issues. You challenge the organisation, you think about how employees can show their best selves and how we can increase overall employee engagement.
- Business Partnering
- You act as a strategic HR Business Partner for your internal customer group.
- You give advice and support to management.
- You think critically with management.
- You guide change processes within the assigned organisation, either collectively or individually.
- Talent Management
- You guide and monitor talent and performance management.
- You conduct individual career interviews with employees.
- You guide managers and employees in specific career questions.
- You keep a good view on the talents in the organisation.
- You develop a training policy for your assigned division.
- Talent Acquisition
- You actively follow up on the open positions.
- You work together with the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- You conduct competency-based interviews with candidates.
- You make salary proposals and negotiate with candidates.
- If necessary, you take on certain vacancies from A to Z.
- HR programmes and initiatives
- You translate the Inchcape Group's HR programmes into local initiatives.
- You implement local HR policies and ensure that they are followed.
- Social relations
- You take part in social relations, making the necessary preparations, under the direction of the HR Director.
Profile
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar function.
- Good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation and trends in general HR practices.
- You are passionate about people and organisations.
- You have analytical insight, think critically with the business and challenge managers in their people ideas.
- You have a high degree of integrity.
- You are patient and respectful towards your colleagues.
- You are proactive and know how to anticipate potential problems.
- You can communicate fluently in FR/DUT/ENG.
- You have strong organisational skills.
- You communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing.
