As HR Business Partner, you are – within a division – the point of contact for both your business stakeholders and employees related to all HR domains. As a generalist, you focus on people, processes, structures and building a solid partnership with the business.
Our role
Together with your HR colleagues, you work around performance & talent management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, wellbeing, compensation & benefits, social relations, and HR programs, initiative and procedures. You will end up in a particularly broad role that requires both operational and strategic skills.
- As a HRBP, you provide advice and support on various HR matters for an "internal customer group".
- You supervise change processes both collectively and individually for these internal managers and think critically with them.
- You guide and monitor the talent and performance management and where needed conduct career conversations with employees, so you keep a good view of the talents in the organization. You set up a training policy for the division assigned to you.
- In liaison with the Talent Acquisition Team, you follow up on open roles and candidates, benchmark the offer and negotiate final salary proposals.
- You know how to translate international HR programs and initiatives from Inchcape Group into local initiatives and policies. You implement these in the local HR policies and monitor their follow-up.
- You will make the necessary preparations for the social dialogue under the direction of the HRD. You are a participant in the social dialogue to have a feeling for what is going on at that level.
Your profile
- You have a higher education and have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a HR Business Partnering role ideally in a changing environment
- You find your drive in following the latest HR trends and good knowledge of Belgian legislation, you think critically along with the business and challenge management in the field of people management
- You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written in Dutch, are professionally fluent in English et tu parles bien Français.
- You know how to treat employees with integrity and respect.
