Head of Digital Marketing Toyota/Lexus (freelance)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Marketing (ad interim) to lead our digital strategies across eight diverse platforms. As contingent worker, will have the exciting opportunity to work with renowned brands such as Toyota and Lexus, driving innovative marketing initiatives that set industry excellence. You will lead a team of 5 highly skilled professionals, collaborating closely to achieve exceptional results.

 

Your role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy leveraging technologies to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with constructors (mainly Toyota Motors Europe) to define and monitor KPIs and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Manage digital marketing projects, including SEO, product launches, campaign landing pages, CRO improvements, and technical enhancements.
  • Oversee web development projects to ensure optimal functionality, user experience, and performance.
  • Develop and implement a digital content strategy, including content creation and distribution, to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure and analyse key metrics such as engaged traffic, web leads, conversion rates, and digital orders.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
  • Manage the digital budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving financial targets.
  • Oversee retail marketing activities, ensuring alignment with digital strategies and overall business objectives.

 

Your profile

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Fluent in both French or Dutch with a good understanding of the second language.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, web development, and marketing technologies.
  • Strong SEO, CRO, data analytics, and digital content strategy skills.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
