What are you going to do?
As an HR intern you play an important role in supporting the HR team in various areas: Talent Acquisition & Development, HR Business Partners, Wellbeing & Employee Services.
Your duties as an HR intern are as follows:
- Actively contribute to projects in the field of employment conditions, employee engagement, talent management and employer branding.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including preparing and posting vacancies, screening resumes and coordinating job interviews.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs
- Support in organizing and facilitating internal training, workshops and events
- Assist with the administrative processes of personnel files, such as processing contracts, changes and leave requests
- Assist in preparing HR reports and analyzing HR-related data
- Act as a point of contact for employees and provide general HR support
Our ideal intern
- Master's, bachelor's or postgraduate student in HRM, personnel sciences or a similar field of study.
- Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is a plus.
- Team player with good communication skills
- Organizational talent with an eye for detail
- A proactive and inquisitive attitude with a passion for HR
