The Customer Service employee B2B is responsible for giving commercial support to the Business Performance team ánd to Toyota and/or Lexus dealers.
In order to do this, the job consists of the following tasks:
- Act as the first point of contact to Toyota and/or Lexus dealers and answer their questions via email or by phone
- Support the colleagues of the Business Performance team with all kinds of administrative requests
- Process (fleet) orders in the ERP system
- Follow up on Fleet tenders, delivery & direct invoicing
- Gather all info on annual and/or monthly commercial campaigns, communicate them and process/test them in the multiple systems so that dealers and possible other stakeholders have always the correct info available
- Process multiple reports on results vs. targets
Profile
- Bachelor degree or equal through experience, juniors are more than welcome!
- Bilingual French/Dutch
- Quick learner with ERP systems & approval tools (smartsheet, coupa, docusign)
- Fluent with MS Office applications
- Communicative
- Organised and able to set priorities
- Interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Customer minded
