Internship PR & Marketing

Are you in the final year of your Communications and/or Marketing studies and looking for an exciting first work experience? This internship is your chance to apply your skills at the world’s leading car brand!

At Inchcape Belgium, we import, distribute, and retail Toyota, Lexus, and BYD in Belgium and Luxembourg. Inchcape operates in over 40 countries worldwide, partnering with some of the most iconic automotive brands to shape the future of mobility.

Your Role
During this internship, you will support the PR & Marketing Manager in a variety of projects, including:

• Managing the press database
• Coordinating the press fleet (handling car reservations, sending out information, etc.)
• Assisting with press releases (copywriting, publishing on press platforms, etc.)
• Supporting press trip organization (invitations, liaising with agencies, logistics, etc.)
• Assisting with influencer selection for events and trips
• Tracking PR results and reporting
• Supporting the development of PR plans

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assisting with campaign management (briefing agencies, developing concepts, follow-ups, etc.)
• Supporting social media management (content creation with agencies, publication, etc.)
• Project management and assisting with various initiatives
• Conducting competitor analysis and market research

Your Profile

• You are available full-time for 3 to 4 months (remote work possible) starting in February-March 2025
• You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
• You are a bachelor’s or master’s student in Communications and/or Marketing
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and open-minded
• You want to gain valuable experience in a fast-evolving industry
