Job Role and Responsibilities:

Main Tasks:

  • Provide expert advice to potential customers on Toyota and Lexus vehicles, accessories, and related services.
  • Cultivate enthusiasm for Toyota and Lexus brands, leaving a lasting impression on prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with the Personal Advisor in sales processes, particularly during product presentations, test drives, and vehicle deliveries.
  • Take a proactive role within the frontline team, contributing to the collective product knowledge.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Craft personalized customer experiences that evoke excitement and desire for Toyota and Lexus products.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, explain functions, and highlight customer benefits on behalf of the Personal Advisor.
  • Demonstrate and present product features and accessories, including accompanied test drives.
  • Ensure a special customer experience during vehicle handovers in collaboration with the Personal Advisor.
  • Act as a neutral advisor, relaying pertinent information to the Personal Advisor.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the frontline team on product-related matters.
  • Assist management with product-related issues.

Detailed Activities:

Related to Sales:

  • Showcase products and services.
  • Conduct accompanied test drives.
  • Oversee vehicle handovers.
  • Handle preparatory and follow-up tasks in the sales process, including customer contact, system entries, documentation, and fleet management.
  • Contribute to showroom design and maintenance.
  • Support in welcoming and advising showroom customers.
  • Research and prepare product information.
  • Assist with internal and external customer events.

Related to Service:

  • Aid the service department in product-related matters.
  • Coordinate with the parts service for accessories orders.
  • Assist in administering orders and workshop schedules, particularly for vehicle delivery.

 

Your Profile:

  • Passion for Toyota and Lexus brands.
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to generate enthusiasm.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on product knowledge.
  • Willingness to support the frontline team and management.
  • Previous experience in showroom design and maintenance is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
