Join our dynamic team as a Product and Pricing Maestro! As the mastermind behind our brand's model portfolio and pricing strategy, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing our market share through innovative approaches.

 

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Strategic Management:

  • Collaborate with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to define and refine the brand's model portfolio.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform decisions regarding the model portfolio.
  • Determine the commercial position of products, including market segmentation, customer profiles, Unique Selling Points, and life cycle management.

Pricing and Market Analysis:

  • Perform detailed pricing analysis of the portfolio and competitors.
  • Support the Head of Product in pricing negotiations with the OEM.
  • Monitor the competition within the model portfolio.

Data Interpretation and Presentation:

  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives.
  • Create impactful presentations for various stakeholders, including sales, finance, and external partners.

Operational Implementation:

  • Oversee the performance of the model portfolio and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure comprehensive and accurate product information across platforms and communication channels.
  • Engage and inform the network about products, promotions, and campaigns.
  • You train, motivate and educate the network and internal sales

Relationship Management and Collaboration:

  • Cultivate a strong partnership with the OEM, negotiating on pricing, service, quality, and process matters.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the network regarding the product portfolio.
  • Participate actively in cross-functional projects.
  • Be a reliable partner for your internal & external stakeholders

Reporting and Management:

  • Report directly to the Head of Product Management.
     

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Product Management, a background in the automotive industry is a bonus, it's not a must.
  • Possess an analytical mind with a knack for creative problem-solving.
  • Fluent in MS Office and IT systems/tools.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, approaching tasks in a structured and proactive manner.
  • Thrive as a team player, effortlessly building relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with a customer-centric focus.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers.
  • Oriented towards achieving tangible results.
  • Fluent in either NL or FR, good command of the other + ENG
