Our Business Performance team is looking for a Regional Manager  to join our team in Zaventem. In this role, you will act as the key link between Toyota (Inchcape Belux) and our dealer network. You will drive regional performance, support our dealers in achieving sustainable growth, and help deliver outstanding customer satisfaction across sales and aftersales.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all dealers in your region.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with dealer principals, management teams, and frontline teams.
  • Represent the dealer network within Inchcape, ensuring their needs, challenges and ideas are clearly understood.
  • Achieve regional sales and aftersales objectives across new vehicles, fleet, LCVs, accessories, finance & insurance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance, market share and profitability targets.
  • Provide strategic advice and commercial coaching to help dealers meet and exceed their goals.
  • Spot trends, identify opportunities and turn insights into action for both the dealers and Toyota.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment to remove obstacles and ensure dealers are fully supported.
  • Mobilise internal departments to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Contribute to the rollout of new systems, products and programmes across the network.

You may be asked to take on responsibilities aligned with your skills as business needs evolve.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will be:

  • Experienced: at least 5 years in sales and/or aftersales (automotive experience is a strong plus).
  • Comfortable working with independent franchise dealers.
  • Skilled in commercial performance, stock management and business development.
  • Customer-focused, solution-oriented and transparent in your communication.
  • Strong at influencing and building long-term partnerships.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Driven by results, challenges and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a plus.
